Currently, our in-stock orders will be processed and sent from our logistic facilities within an estimated 1-3 business days. But due to the MCO restrictions and impacts from the COVID-19 situation, delivery times may be delayed. Thank you for your understanding.

 

Return & Refund Policy

All items are non-refundable once you have checked out and completed the payment of the order.

 

Exchanging or adding products are strictly not allowed. You may log in and purchase a new order from the website.

 

Voucher codes cannot be re-issued and are non-refundable.

 

As per our refund policy, customer is eligible for full refund if;

  1. Customer has already made full payment of the order and has a sound reason to request for a refund.
  2. Technical issue in the payment process on our website whereby proven that the payment has been deducted from the customer's account.
  3. Customer failed to receive the item more than 20 working days for domestic order and 60 working days for international order from the date of purchase. Customer is given the options for full refund or redelivery without any charges. This is not applied for our pre-order items which has been made clear of the order duration prior on our website.
  4. For customer that has received faulty, missing or wrong item. We are deeply sorry for our shortcomings. Do take note, customer can claim for full refund if only within 14 days of shipment (for domestic order) or 60 days of shipment (for international order). For missing item, we will only refund for the particular item and not the whole order. 
  5. As per our return policy, customer has to return the faulty/incorrect item to Nukilan Biruni. For faulty or wrong item, the item must get the verification from Nukilan Biruni first. Do attach the picture of the faulty or wrong item in the form link below. 
  6. In the event of returned delivery which is due to unclaimed by the customer, Nukilan Biruni will contact the customer. We will charge a new postage for the redelivery to the respective address.

Redelivery Request

In the event of customer receiving the wrong item, faulty item or did not received, customer may request redelivery of the item without any charge. Customer has to return the faulty/incorrect item to us. Do keep the receipt of the shipping fee for you to claim later.

 

For missing or incorrect add-on are not eligible for redelivery but customer may request for full refund of the add-on. Add-on is like bookwrapping service. 

 

Customer is eligible to request for redelivery of the correct item if:

 

  1. Customer failed to receive the item more than 15 working days for domestic order and 60 working days for international order from the date of purchase. Customer is given the options for full refund or redelivery without any charges. This is not applied for our pre-order items which has been made clear of the order duration prior on our website.
  2. For customer that has received faulty, missing or wrong item. We are deeply sorry for our shortcomings. Do take note, customer can request for redelivery if only within 14 days of shipment (for domestic order) or 60 days of shipment (for international order). For missing item, we will only redeliver for the missing item only and not the whole order.

Cancellation Policy

  1. It is NOT allowed for cancellation of order once payment has been made.
  2. As for any unpaid order, our system will auto cancel your order within 24 hours. There are circumstances when the company might have to cancel a particular order. 
  3. Your receipt of order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order and www.nukilanbiruni.com reserves the right at any time after the receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
  4. Although our online stock inventory is programmed to update automatically, www.nukilanbiruni.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, to inform you via email or whatsapp text about a shortfall in the quantity you ordered of any item. In all such cases, we have the right to either supply you less than the quantity you ordered or cancel your order with prior notice to you.
